Boneless Pork chops
Cornbread stuffing mix
Butter and oil
Dice the mushrooms and onion and peel and dice the apple.
Sauté the mushrooms, onion and apple in the butter over medium heat until soft. Then add the chicken broth and stuffing mix. Cook until liquid is absorbed, then remove from heat.
Using a small, sharp knife cut a pocket into the side of each pork chop, then fill each pocket with about 1 cup of stuffing mix.
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
