Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp

Plump shrimp coated in coconut and air fried until golden and crispy. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and watch them disappear.

Flour the Shrimp

Place the shrimp in a bowl, add the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder and salt and toss to coat. 

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then dip the shrimp in the eggs and turn to make sure they are fully coated. 

Egg Wash the Shrimp

Dip the egg washed shrimp in the coconut making sure to fully coat. 

Dip the Shrimp in Coconut

Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and spray with a bit of olive oil spray.  Cook at 370°F for 7-9 minutes until crisp and golden.
