Make the Meatballs

Mix the meatball ingredients in a large bowl, then scoop into balls of 1.5 tablespoons each.  Flatten each ball, add a cube of cheese, and then wrap the meat around the cheese to form a stuffed meatball.

Open the dough and unroll onto a piece of parchment paper.  Cut into strips of about 1.25 inches wide using a sharp knife or pizza cutter. 

Cut the Dough

Thread the end of a dough strip onto a skewer, then add a meatball, wrap the dough over the meat ball and repeat two more times.  Repeat to make 6 skewers.

Make the Skewers

Place the skewers in the in the basket leaving room for air circulation and for the dough to rise.  Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. 

Cook the Meatball Skewers

Brush the hot meatball skewers with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.  Serve with a dish of hot pizza sauce for dipping.
