Roll out the pastry and out 16 circles with a 3.5 inch round cookie cutter.
Add a spoonful of blueberry pie filling to 8 of the pastry rounds.
Top each filled pie round with the remaining pastry rounds. Seal the edges with a fork and brush with egg.
Place the pies in an air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 350°F and bake for 7-9 minutes until golden brown.
Allow the pies to cool slightly then drizzle with icing before serving.
