Roasted garlic is creamy and sweet. It can be used in dressings or dips, on top of a pizza, or in place of fresh garlic in almost any recipe.

Cut the top off the garlic with a sharp knife to expose the cloves. Then peel the papery skin from the outside of the garlic bulb.
Place the garlic on a piece of tinfoil big enough to fully wrap the garlic bulbs. Drizzle the garlic with olive oil making sure to get between the bulbs and down the sides.
Wrap the garlic tightly in aluminum foil and place it in the air fryer basket. You can wrap each bulb individually or wrap 3 together.
Set the air fryer to 390°F and cook the garlic for 25-30 minutes or until you can easily pierce the cloves with a toothpick.
