Seeds from 1 fresh pumpkin
Oil or butter
Your favourite seasoning
Use a sharp knife to cut the top off the pumpkin, then use a large spoon or fork to scrape the seeds and flesh from the inside of the pumpkin.
Place the pumpkin flesh and seeds in a large bowl and fill with water. Swish it around allowing the seeds to float to the top then remove the seeds and wash in a colander.
Shake the seeds dry, then place them in a bowl and toss with oil and your favourite seasoning.
Pour the seasoned seeds into the air fryer basket, then cook at 360°F for 8-12 minutes until dry and crisp. Shake the basket every few minutes for even cooking.
