Delicious, buttery biscuits filled with tender chicken and ham, garlicky alfredo sauce and melted cheese. Air fryer chicken alfredo biscuit bombs are a delicious lunch, snack or appetizer.
Working one at a time, roll or press each biscuit into about a 4-inch circle.
Add approximately 2 teaspoons of alfredo sauce to the middle, add 1 tablespoon of cheese, about 1 tablespoon of chicken and a few pieces of ham.
Pull the sides of the dough up and over the filling and pinch the middle to seal the biscuit.
Place the filled biscuits seam side down in the air fryer basket leaving about ½ inch or more of space between them. They may spread together a bit, but they are easy to pull apart.
Set the air fryer to 320°F and cook the biscuits for 7-9 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder and oregano in a small bowl.
Brush the cooked biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle the top with the parmesan mixture before serving.
Notes
I use the country biscuits with 10 biscuits per tube for this recipe. You can use Grands if you prefer, but you will need to increase the cooking time by a couple of minutes.Even though it is tempting to stuff them full, be careful not to overfill as the sauce will squish out making them difficult to seal. I have never had a problem with these sticking in my air fryer basket, but if your basket tends to stick you can line it with parchment paper if you like. The best way to reheat leftovers is in the air fryer. We have tried the microwave and they tend to get a bit soft and soggy. They take 4-5 minutes to reheat at 320°F depending on how cold they are.
