Your favourite ravioli, breaded, seasoned and air fried until toasted and crisp.

- 1 12 oz Package refrigerated ravioli
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tablespoon milk or cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ⅓ Cup panko breadcrumbs
- ⅓ Cup fine breadcrumbs
- ⅓ Cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and cornstarch.
In a seperate bowl or plate, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and seasonings.
Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture and let the excess drip off. Then dip in the breadcrumbs and toss to make sure it is fully coated.
Place the breaded ravioli in the airfryer basket in an even layer. A bit of overlap is ok, but try not to stack.
Lightly spray the ravioli with olive oil spray.
Place the basket in the air fryer and cook at 350F for 8 minutes shaking half way through. Ravioli should look crisp and golden.
You can use seasoned breadcrumbs instead of adding seasonings if you prefer.
You can use any flavour of ravioli that you like for this recipe.
